Cosmina is an entrepreneur whose experience is firmly rooted in the technology and sustainability sectors. She is the Managing Director of the Conscious Venture Lab, a startup accelerator focused on developing socially conscious entrepreneurs. Cosmina holds an MSc in Environment and International Development from Kings College London and a BA in Liberal Arts from St John’s College, MD.
She is the co-author of “How to be a Leader” published by Pan Macmillan and The School of Life.
Allie empowers people to connect to who they are in their core so they can design a meaningful, vibrant life. She is an experience designer, a coach, a facilitator and a self-professed ‘personal growth nerd.’ She combines entrepreneurial tools, mindfulness practices and the self discovery process to offer a unique approach to connecting who you are with what you do.
Allie is an adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland’s Academy for Innovation & Entrepreneurship and leads workshops at General Assembly, as well as corporate sessions.
Conscious Venture Lab exists to play a role in changing the way capitalism is practiced in the world. We believe a more human and elevated form of capitalism is required if we, as a society, are going to reach our true potential.
